In my research, I examine the intersections of interpersonal & inter-organizational communication with mindfulness, neuroscience, & positive psychology through an interpretative, theoretical lens. I am interested in the power of mindfulness to promote personal and relational growth and in communication as the means to learn to live with more grace and less suffering, inclusive of feminist, intercultural, and egalitarian considerations.Currently, I am examining friendship relationships as both embodied social support and as agents for personal, relational, and societal change.
